This privacy policy describes how 45info GmbH (hereinafter “immoviewer”) collects, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have regarding this information.

Applicability of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the software used to create, publish, document and market objects (e.g. real estate), including related mobile and desktop apps, and other immoviewer websites and other possible interactions (e.g. contact requests, customer service requests) between you and immoviewer (collectively the “Services”).

Data collected and used

immoviewer can collect and receive customer data and other information in various ways. Customer Data is data that is required for the provision, access and use of the Services, including the processing of any messages, files or other content transmitted through the accounts of the Services. Other information is intended to provide, update, maintain and protect the services, websites and business and may include, for example, log data, contact information, cookie information, device data and location information.

In principle, we collect the following information from you:

As a customer, i.e. provider / marketer / broker

During the simple registration / test positions: User name and password, title, first and last name, e-mail address.

When booking one of our services: User name and password, title, first and last name, address, e-mail address, bank and accounting data, data for account management and administrative matters as well as all specified and transmitted object and contact data.

As an interested party in objects

When you call up 360° tours or real estate videos, we store and process information about them in a log file. This process is anonymized. It is not possible to draw conclusions about your person without registration. To be saved: The date and time of the page view, the page viewed or the name of the file viewed, the amount of data transferred and the message as to whether the access/view was successful. The evaluation serves only the statistical preparation and improvement of our services. A permanent storage is excluded.

For some objects it is necessary to register personally or to be activated. For the activation, personal information such as title, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and time of acceptance of the revocation instruction are stored. After activation and registration of an object, the following data is collected, stored and statistically evaluated during the virtual tour: Number of visits to the object, length of stay and visit to object pages, access to further embedded information such as audio, video or text information.

As a website visitor

When you visit our websites for information, i.e. if you do not register to use our services or otherwise provide us with information, for technical reasons your Internet browser or mobile device regularly automatically transmits non-personal data (including the date and time of the request, content of the request, access status/HTTP status code, the amount of data transmitted in each case), which we store in a log file. This data is stored and evaluated exclusively for technical reasons to ensure the trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our offer. This is done anonymously without personally identifying the user of the site.

If necessary, user profiles are created using a pseudonym. Here, too, there is no connection between the natural person behind the pseudonym and the collected usage data for collecting and storing the usage data, we also use cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and are used to store statistical information such as the operating system, your Internet usage program (browser), the IP address of the previously accessed website (referrer URL) and the time.

When using a contact form we collect and use e-mail address, first name, last name, telephone number, reason for contacting us, date and time.

As a user of the mobile app

During the simple registration / test positions: E-mail address, first name, last name, company name, password, location data, device identifiers, access to the camera, access to photos and videos, usage statistics from Google Analytics.

Use of data

immoviewer is a contract processor. As part of its services, immoviewer processes personal data for its customers on the basis of a contract that defines the subject and duration of processing, the type and purpose of processing, the type of data, the categories of data subjects and the duties and rights of the data controller.

Customers can use the Services to grant and withdraw access to data, assign roles and configure settings, access, edit, export, share and remove customer data, and apply their own policies to the Services.

Other information is used for the general operation of the services. Immoviewer uses Other Information for the following:

  • the provision, updating, maintenance and protection of the services, websites and the business
  • in accordance with applicable laws, legal procedures or regulations
  • communication with customers and interested parties
  • the development and provision of tools and other functions

Data Storage

immoviewer will store data according to the instructions of the customer, including all applicable conditions of order processing and to the extent required by law. Immoviewer keeps information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and may also include the retention for the period after deactivation of an account that immoviewer needs to pursue legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce these agreements.

Transfer and Disclosure

immoviewer’s customers define their own guidelines and procedures for the transfer and disclosure of data. immoviewer has no control over what decisions they make regarding the transfer or disclosure of customer and interested party data.

immoviewer will only share and pass on data in accordance with the instructions of the customer, including all applicable conditions of the contract for order processing and in accordance with applicable law and legal procedures.

  • Authorized users and agents of the customer may access, edit or restrict access to customer data and other information.
  • immoviewer can commission external service providers or business partners with the processing of data. Such external participants can be used, for example, for virtual data processing or the provision of storage services.
  • immoviewer may pass on other information to its group companies and parent and/or subsidiary companies.
  • In connection with mergers, acquisitions, insolvency proceedings, liquidation proceedings, restructuring measures, disposals of some or all of immoviewer’s assets or shareholdings, financing, a public offering of securities, takeovers of some or all of our business, similar transactions or procedures or steps in consideration of such activities (e.g. due diligence), all other information may be shared or passed on subject to standard confidentiality agreements.
  • If we receive a request for information, we may disclose Other Information if we have reason to believe that disclosure is consistent with or required by applicable law, regulation or legal process.
  • To protect and defend the rights, property or safety of immoviewer or third parties, including the enforcement of contracts and policies, and in connection with the investigation and prevention of fraud or other security problems.

International data transmission

Customer data and other information are processed and stored by immoviewer or service providers commissioned by immoviewer within the European Union.

immoviewer can transfer data to the USA. When immoviewer transfers data from the European Union to the USA, precautionary measures are applied, i.e. we work with service providers who guarantee the data protection standards in accordance with the EU-US data protection shield.

immoviewer uses Google Analytics, an analysis service of Google Inc, USA, for websites and mobile apps to enable an analysis of your use of the websites and mobile apps. The information generated is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated, Google will reduce your IP address within Member States of the European Union or in other countries party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics is not merged with other Google data. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.

immoviewer uses the cloud service of ZOHO Corporation, USA for customer administration and billing.


We take data protection very seriously. Our employees are bound to secrecy and to comply with data protection regulations. The service companies commissioned by us have been carefully checked and selected. Due to the nature of communication and information processing technology, immoviewer cannot guarantee that information transmitted over the Internet or stored on our systems or otherwise in our care is absolutely safe from intrusion by third parties.

Right to information and complaints

You have the right to request information from us at any time about the personal data we have processed concerning you within the scope of Art. 15 GDPR.

They also have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Right of objection

Under the conditions of Art. 21 (1) GDPR, data processing may be objected to for reasons arising from the particular situation of the data subject.

The foregoing general right of objection applies to all processing purposes described in this Privacy Information that are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. In contrast to the special right to object to data processing for advertising purposes, according to the GDPR we are only obliged to implement such a general objection if you give us reasons of overriding importance (e.g. a possible danger to life or health).

Right of revocation
